Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city with many attractions within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed. The service was exceptional, making me feel truly valued. On the downside, the view from my room was uninspiring, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites across from Esther Short Park was a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious and feature plenty of data ports, making it convenient for work or leisure. The location is superb, offering easy access to the waterfront, local restaurants, and attractions, although noise from the trains can be disruptive at night. The dining options are varied, with a sit-down breakfast at Grey's or a quick grab-and-go at the Starbucks cafe. The service is attentive, particularly when it comes to amenities like air conditioning on hot days, although a constant train clanking can be a minor disturbance. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences worth considering.
I had a great experience staying here! The rooms were quiet, spacious, and clean, just across from the Esther Short Park where you can enjoy a terrific farmer's market on weekends. The staff provided lovely complimentary breakfast and even worked some magic to accommodate our room requests quickly. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Vancouver, with easy access to the riverfront and local restaurants. The dining options were delightful, offering both sit-down and grab-and-go choices.
This hotel is not your typical Hilton room; it's larger and conveniently placed near Esther Short Park, where you can enjoy the lively farmer's market on weekends. However, there are no microwaves provided, which could be a drawback.
This hotel is a gem with its clean, quiet, and spacious rooms that are conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants. The on-site Grey's adds to the convenience, and the complimentary bottled water reception is a nice touch. Being just across from the vibrant Esther Short Park, hosting a fantastic farmer's market on weekends, adds to the overall charm.
When we stayed at the hotel, we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, fitting the Hilton room standard. However, the overall room quality was average at best. The service stood out as above-and-beyond friendly, with staff being extremely helpful and pleasant. As for the location, it was excellent for exploring downtown Vancouver and conveniently close to the airport and a charming park. On the downside, dining options were limited to a take-away setup similar to a Starbucks counter, offering a basic plate with eggs, bacon, and bread. Despite some shortcomings, we enjoyed the hotel's proximity to downtown attractions and the new waterfront development.
